Customer Impersonation

The Customer Impersonation feature lets you view the customer portal exactly as your customer sees it. It’s a helpful way to check their experience and guide them through questions or issues more easily.


Steps:

  1. Log in to your Partner Dashboard.

  2. Go to Account Receivable > Customers > All Customers.

  3. Search for and select the customer you want to view.

  4. Next to the customer name, click Impersonate Customer.

Tip: This gives you view-only access to the account. It’s a great way to see what the customer sees, troubleshoot issues, and provide clear guidance.

Ending an impersonation session

To exit impersonation, simply close the tab. You will remain logged in to your Partner Dashboard in the original tab.
