Making a partial invoice payment

Learn how customers can make partial invoice payments for enhanced flexibility.

Here’s a step-by-step guide on making partial invoice payments through your customer dashboard.

1. Select the invoice you want to pay Log in to your payment portal and select the invoice you want to pay or click the payment link in your invoice email.

1. Edit your payment amount Click the pencil icon beside the invoice amount due.

1. Enter the partial payment amount Enter the amount that you would like to pay and confirm amount.

1. Proceed to make a partial payment Click on pay partial amount and follow the prompts on the screen to complete your payment.

That's it, you're all set to make a partial invoice payment! 🎉

Remaining balance: After a partial payment is processed, the remaining balance will continue to appear on the invoice until paid in full.
