Disabling Email Notifications

Follow these simple steps to disable email notifications.
Log into your vendor's payment portal
Access your Preferences Within the Email section, you can easily toggle off email notifications.

All set! You'll see a confirmation banner letting you know that your notification settings have been updated.
Note: By disabling email notifications, you will no longer receive:
Invoice email reminders
Invoice email summaries
Payment confirmation emails
Auto-Pay enrollment and processing notifications
You will still receive:
Login emails
Customer pending approvals (if requesting access to a payment portal)
Customer approved (if granted access to a payment portal)
Financing status updates (if a pay in installments request is submitted)
Payment status updates.
