Editing Customers

View and manage all aspects of a customer's account from the Customer Details page in your Alternative Payments partner dashboard.

  1. Log in to your Alternative Payments partner dashboard: app.alternativepayments.io

  2. Go to "Account Receivable > Customers" and select "All customers" from your side menu.

  3. Select the ellipses beside the customer you wish to edit and click "Edit customer."

Note: If your customer's company info syncs in from your primary integration, then this information should be managed from there. Fields controlled by an integration sync may be locked and not editable in the dashboard.

Customer Details View

The Customer Details page is organized into several tabs, each giving you access to different aspects of the customer's account.

  • Each user has their own login credentials and can access the customer portal to view invoices and make payments.
