# Downloading Itemized Invoices

**Follow these quick and easy steps to download your itemized invoices from your customer payment dashboard.**

Your customer payment dashboard grants you several avenues to access a comprehensive breakdown of your itemized invoices right from your customer payment dashboard.

Please note: Access to itemized invoices will vary depending on your partner's set up.

**How to view itemized invoices:**

1. Through an email notification reminder
2. Within your customer payments dashboard

1. **Through the automatic email notification reminder**\
   \
   Customers will have instant access to download an itemized invoice via an [automatic email reminder](https://help.alternativepayments.io/hc/en-us/articles/17330147718811) letting them know of a due invoice.\
   \
   Once the email is received, select the ‘Download. PDF’ button to instantly download the itemized invoice.

2. **Within the customer payments dashboard:** Log into your customer payment dashboard to access the itemized invoice as well.\

   Log into your customer payment dashboard and navigate to Accounts Payable, then Invoices\
   \
   Next to the invoice, select ‘See details’

Within the invoice detail panel, select ‘Download invoice’
