Disable QuickBooks Online Payments

If you were previously using Quickbooks Online Payments for your accounts receivable, make sure you deactivate this feature from your QBO portal to ensure you receive payments from the Alternative Payments platform moving forward.

Follow these easy steps:

1. Go to the Gear icon and select Account and Setting.

1. Select Sales from the sidebar, and within the Invoice payments section, click on the pencil icon to edit.

1. In the Invoice payments section, proceed to deselect all payment methods. Hit Save to implement this change.
