Ensure your customers are using the right channels of communication to inquire about their invoices via your Help Page.
Introducing our new Help Page! It is now easier than ever for your customers to contact you when they have questions about a payment or invoice.
Add a custom message so your customer can get in touch with the right person for any comments or questions about their accounts payable. This message will appear for your customers in the “Help” section of your billing portal.
Follow the steps below and provide your customers with an easy way to get in touch with you.
- Log in to your Alternative Payments dashboard: www.alternativepayments.io
- Select “Team Preferences” and then “Customization” from the preference list.
- Select the “Help Page” to customize your messaging.
- Next, fill out the mandatory fields:
- First line: Add a message to let your customers know that they can contact you if they have questions.
- Name: Add the name of your billing specialist.
- Email: Add the email of your billing specialist.
- Phone: Add the phone number of your billing specialist (optional). - Click on "Save" to confirm the updates.
That’s it! You’re ready to start offering your customers a payment experience where they can communicate with you easily. They’ll be able to see this message by logging into your billing portal and selecting the “Help” section.
