Add an extra layer of security to your login experience for your vendor's payment portal.
We offer you the ability to enable multi-factor authentication (MFA) for your vendor's payment portal login experience. By implementing MFA, you add an extra layer of protection to your account, safeguarding it from unauthorized access. Follow our step-by-step guide below to enable MFA for your login with your vendor's payment portal:
1 | Log into your vendor's payment portal
Navigate to your vendor's payment portal and log in with your existing account.
2 | Access your Security Settings
Within your vendor's payment portal, navigate to the bottom left-hand corner and select the ellipses. Click on “Security Settings.”
3 | Select the MFA settings
Within the “Security settings” menu, select “MFA” and scan the QR code using the software of your choice, Authy or Google Authenticator.
4 | Save the code
After entering the code from the authenticator app of your choice, hit “Save” to complete the MFA configuration.
5 | You’re all set up 🎉!
Congratulations! Your account is now set up with MFA. Be sure to log out and log back in to ensure it is working properly.
