We’re making it easier than ever for you to manage multiple accounts for your vendor’s payment portal with one login. Here’s how.
You can now seamlessly add and oversee multiple payment dashboards within a single login. This feature allows you to effortlessly switch between accounts, streamlining your accounts payable process for enhanced efficiency. Any users previously using different logins to access different accounts for their vendor’s payment portal can simply add the same email address to each account they were previously accessing with a different email address or alias.
Log into your vendor’s payment portal
As a first step, log into your account within your vendor’s payment portal. Within the Team section, go to Members and then click ‘Invite Teammate’ to add the same email address. Do this for every account you are managing if the email address is not yet associated.
You’re all set!
Once completed, you will be able to effortlessly switch between accounts, ensuring a seamless and efficient experience.
