Easily manage your payment methods straight from your customer payment dashboard to make quick & easy payments.
Login to your customer payment dashboard and follow these steps to easily add and remove payment methods:
1. Navigate to Payment Methods
2. Add Payment Method
3. Remove Payment Method
1 | Navigate to Payment Methods
Within your customer payment dashboard, navigate to the Payment Methods section.
2 | Add Payment Method
Select ‘Add new card’ if you’re adding in a credit card and/ or select ‘Add a new bank’ if you wish to pay via ACH and enter in the applicable details.
- If you’re adding in a credit card, enter in the applicable fields and select ‘Add Card’
- If you’re adding in your bank account, either connect via Plaid and follow set up instructions;
- Or manually connect your bank account by selecting on the X in the Plaid pop-up and proceed to enter in your banking details. Select the account type and hit ‘Add account’ to save your information.
3 | Remove Payment Method
To remove any saved payment methods, select ‘Remove’ under the applicable payment method.
