Make quick and easy edits to existing customer information from your Alternative partner dashboard with these steps.
- Log in to your Alternative portal: www.alternativepayments.io
- Go to the "Customers" tab from your side menu
- Select the ellipses beside the customer you wish to edit and click "Edit customer"
- Edit the applicable fields and save your updates
**Some of the information you can edit include company details, users associated with a customer and payment methods associated with a customer.
