You can now target reminder emails to specific audiences for more relevant communication. Send reminders only to customers with past-due invoices, create separate cadences for recurring or high-value clients, and exclude those you manage manually. Use customer tags to group customers by payment habits, industries, or billing frequency to keep reminders focused and effective.

2. Toggle off "Send to all customers."
3. Select to send by [tag](https://help.alternativepayments.io/payments-and-invoicing/managing-customers/create-customer-tags) or customers to select the specific customers to send this notification to.
