How to Request a POS Terminal
Tell us you need a terminal. We order it, ship it to your location, and you start taking in-person payments once it arrives.
You do not order a terminal from inside the partner dashboard. Use the POS Terminal Request Form. Submitting that form places the hardware order and charges your account.
Important: Submitting the request form places an order and charges your account. Do not submit it unless you are ready to receive and pay for a terminal.
What a terminal costs
$450 per terminal
$20 shipping per order, not per terminal. If you order more than one terminal in the same request, shipping is still $20 for that order.
Before you request
Make sure all of the following are true:
POS is enabled on your account. If you do not see a Point of sale tab under Team Preferences, contact your Customer Success Manager first.
You have a physical street address for delivery. PO boxes are not accepted — card networks require a street address.
The location has Wi-Fi the terminal can join.
You are requesting for this location. Each partner location is its own account, so each location needs its own request. If you have five offices, submit five requests.
How to request a terminal
Open the POS Terminal Request Form If you do not see a Point of sale tab yet, contact your Customer Success Manager before you submit.
Fill in the location, quantity, and shipping address Use a street address, not a PO box. Confirm the site has Wi-Fi.
Submit the form Submitting it is the purchase. We process the order and drop-ship the terminal to the address you entered.
You're all set! Watch for the shipment at that address. When it arrives, follow Unboxing and First-Time Setup.
What happens next
We review the request and place the hardware order.
The terminal is shipped to the street address on your request.
Once it is linked to your account, you will see it under Team Preferences > Preferences > Point of sale in Your terminals.
