Manage your customers' ability to opt in and out of auto-pay from their payment portal straight from your partner dashboard.
Auto-pay is a handy tool that allows customers to automatically pay their invoices or make recurring payments without manual intervention. You have the option to configure auto-pay rules for your customers from your partner dashboard or customers have the option to opt-into auto-pay from their payment portal, however, you may want to manage this permission on their behalf.
To enable or disable your customers’ ability to manage their auto-pay permissions, follow these simple steps:
1. Navigate to Automations
2. Select Auto-Pay
3. Toggle on ‘Allow customers to create Auto-Pay rules’
Enabling this permission will allow customers to enroll in auto-pay straight from their payment portal.
When this permission is disabled from your partner dashboard, your customers will need to contact you directly to enroll in auto-pay and will have view-only access to the conditions applied.
