Alternative Payments supports a number of PSA and accounting software integrations that allow you to easily and effectively auto reconcile your invoice payments.
ACCOUNTING INTEGRATIONS:
1 | Quickbooks Online: Quickbooks Online is available for partners to use in conjunction with their Partner Dashboard to sync invoices to our platform and auto-reconcile invoice payments back to QBO. Once the integration is connected, a dropdown menu will appear in the Integrations section and partners can select the bank account in QBO where they want invoice payments to be recorded.To learn more: Quickbooks Online x Alternative Payments
2 | Quickbooks Desktop: Quickbooks Desktop is available for partners to use in conjunction with their Alternative Partner Dashboard to sync invoices to our platform and auto-reconcile invoice payments back to QBD. Once the integration is connected, a dropdown menu will appear in the Integrations section and partners can select the bank account in QBD where they want invoice payments to be recorded. Note, we recommend selecting the same bank account that is connected to Alternative for payouts.

3 | Xero: Xero is available for our partners to use with the capability to synchronize invoices to the partner dashboard while seamlessly automating the reconciliation of invoice payments directly within Xero.

4 | NetSuite: For partners using NetSuite, you can connect it to your Alternative Payments partner dashboard to sync invoices to our platform and auto-reconcile invoice payments back to NetSuite directly

5 | Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central: Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central is an ERP solution designed for small to mid-sized companies. It streamlines and automates financials, sales, service, and operations to help businesses improve customer interactions and make better decisions. For partners using Business Central, you can connect it to your Alternative Payments partner dashboard to sync invoice details to our platform and auto-reconcile invoice payments back to Business Central directly.

PSA INTEGRATIONS:
1 | HaloPSA: Our HaloPSA integration is available for partners to use in conjunction with their Partner Dashboard to sync invoice payments to our platform and auto-reconcile invoices back to HaloPSA directly. Alternative will sync all billing contacts for a specific customer (vs. all contacts) to streamline and prevent invoice notifications being sent to multiple email addresses for the same customer.

2 | ConnectWise: ConnectWise is available for partners to use in conjunction with their Partner dashboard to sync invoices to our platform and auto-reconcile invoices back to ConnectWise directly. Alternative Payments can connect to ConnectWise On Premise or ConnectWise Cloud to make collections as seamless as possible.
