Our Auto-Charge feature gives you the power to effortlessly charge invoices and collect payments.
The Auto-Charge feature can only be used if the customer's payment information is saved. As soon as the information has been entered, you will be able to charge an invoice instead of having the customer login and make the payment themselves.
Here is how you can auto-charge any existing invoice.
1. Find the invoice you wish to auto-charge in Invoices under the Accounts Receivable section or by going to the Customers section, clicking on the ellipsis and selecting “See all invoices”.
2. Click on the ellipsis to the far right of that invoice.
3. Select “Charge” from the drop-down menu.
4. Select “Charge now” or “Charge on due date” and click the “Charge invoice” button.
