Follow these steps to effortlessly add new customers to your Alternative partner dashboard.
Add a new customer to your partner dashboard. Here's how:
Log in to your Alternative portal: www.alternativepayments.io
Go to the "Customers" tab
Select "Add customer"
Input the customer details and click "Continue"
Add at least 1 user to the customer profile and click "Create Customer"
Users will be able to access and pay invoices associated with the company profile. If there are multiple team members that require access to a company invoice, add those team members as "Users" to ensure they can easily access their invoices!
