Write Emails with Alti

Set up invoice reminders and summaries by answering a few quick questions. With Emails by Alti, Alti drafts the email in the tone you pick and shows you everything before it is saved.

Emails by Alti replaces the long setup form with a short conversation. Alti asks one question at a time on a card. Click an answer, or type your own. Nothing is scheduled until you approve the final summary.

Before you start: Scheduling reminders and summaries is available to Administrators and Sub-Admins. See Access Levels and What Each Role Can Do.

Good to know

  • Answer your way. Every card has a Type your answer... row, and you can always reply in the message box instead. Click the X on a card to hide it and answer in chat.

  • Prefer the classic form? At the template step, click Set up reminder manually or Set up summary manually. The full setup page opens.

  • Changing how often a summary sends. A summary's schedule can't be edited. Alti offers to delete it and set up a new one.

  • Editing a shared template. If you change the wording of a template other summaries use, Alti saves your version as a copy, so the other summaries keep their original email.

  • Excluding customers works the same as before. See Add customer exclusions.
